Once upon a time, there was a young, beautiful fairy lived at the heart of a forest located at the peak of the mountain.  Her name is Symphony.  According to the townsmen, she is believed to be the “Music Fairy”.  She is kind, patient and golden hearted and indeed have a wonderful and enthusiastic voice.   That is why the townsmen living at the foot of that mountain fearlessly climb the mountain to support their basic commodities such as foods and water.

One day, while Symphony is roaming in the woods, she saw a young lad crying.  While observing him, he felt the boy’s sorrow and pain.  She took pity on him and wanted to comfort him.  But when she walked a little towards him, she was alarmed of something.  She remembered that the boy was a mortal and it is impossible for him to be friend with a fairy like her.  She thought that maybe if the boy saw her, it would runaway because of fear.  So she thought of another way on how to comfort the lad.  Then suddenly, an idea came up to her.  She thought that if she would use her voice, maybe she would not scare the lad.  She opened her mouth and began to sing. The young lad, who is still crying, heard the golden voice of the fairy.  He stopped his crying and his attention is now caught by the voice.  And because of the boy’s amazement, he tried to look for the owner of the voice.  He ran through the woods and keenly observed and listened to his surroundings.  And at last, after a long search, he found what he’s looking for.  He saw the beautiful fairy sitting near the swamp in the heart of the forest.  He caught her singing happy lullabies and love songs.  And because of astonishment, she still didn’t show up to the fairy and instead, sat down behind the bush and listened very carefully.  But the fairy felt the presence of the boy and stop singing.  She went to the bush to find out which was hiding in it.  When Symphony looked at the bush, she was surprised.  She didn’t expect that it was the boy that was crying a while ago.  The boy smiled at her and hurriedly gets out of the bush.  The boy asked her to be his friend.  He told the fairy his name – Calvin.  He offered his hands to her.  She took it and shakes hands with him firmly.  After they have been acquainted, the boy thought that he found a good company so he told her his problems without having any doubts about it.  She told her that his problem was about a girl whom he is courting.  But it looks like the girl didn’t love him because she doesn’t show any response to him.  So he felt sad and disappointed.  The fairy, after hearing his problems, gave him good advices.  And that started it all.  The fairy and the lad became very good friends.  When the boy had a problem, he always goes to the mountain and talked to her and asked for advices.  And if he is lonely, he would ask her to sing for him and all his sorrows and pain will flew away.    
But the time came that the lad fell in love with the young fairy.  He tried not to tell her and pretend that they were just friends but, he just cant help it.  So he decided to tell the fairy his feelings for her.  One day, he went to the mountain to invite the fairy to take a walk with him in the forest.  He thought that this is the perfect time to tell the fairy what he felt for her.  He fetched the fairy in her cave and they went to the swamp where they first met.  When they sat in the grass, Calvin took Symphony’s hand and kissed it.  She was shocked about that.  She became nervous and asked why he did it.

He timidly said that he love her.  She was shocked and surprised about that.  She felt nervous and didn’t know what to do.  She began to stand up and ran away.  He decided to follow her but he refused to and thought that maybe she didn’t love him because she ran away.  He went home sadly.
While running away from the swamp, Symphony felt that all her body was shaking.  Her heart was beating so fast and her mind keeps on reminiscing what had happened a while ago.  She decided to go back to Enchantia, the land of fairies, to seek advice.  There, she looked for her friend Genia, the fairy of intelligence.  She told her everything that happened.  Genia, after hearing this, got confused and think silently.  She said to her that that is a difficult one.  She must go to Heartright, the fairy of love, to seek advice when it all matters about love.  She obeyed her advice.  She went to Heartright.  Heartright, after hearing the story, flashed a very sweet smile.  She said that she is indeed in love with him too.  Symphony, after hearing this, got surprised and blushed.  She can’t believe what she felt for Calvin.  Heartright advised her to follow her heart and go back to the mountain.  And that’s what she did.  When he came back, he saw Calvin sitting in a log near to the cave.  When he saw her, he hurriedly ran to her and embraced her.  She felt his warm embrace, making her tears fall from her beautiful eyes.  Calvin was surprised to see her crying so he asked if there’s anything wrong.  But she smiled and said that it was not tears of pain, but tears of joy.  
From that moment, Symphony and Calvin developed much deeper understanding, but not having a relationship because she is not yet allowed to have one until she reaches 18.  He agreed with it and said that he can wait.  After hearing this, she thought that he really love her so much.  Because of that, he easily won her heart and trust.  Many months passed, their love for each other grew stronger.  But one day, Calvin didn’t visit him.  She thought that maybe he is just busy for the coming school year.  But many days passed and still Calvin didn’t show up.  She wondered why he is not showing up to her.  He began to worry about him and decided to go down to the city to find out what has happened to him.  She went down to the city and disguise herself as one of the citizens in that city.  When she arrived there, she started to look for him. She asked the people in the city but nobody knows who Calvin was.  After a long search, she got tired and sadly sat down near the road.  Then suddenly, he saw a manly figure coming towards her direction.  The man looks familiar to her and when the he got nearer and nearer, she realized that it was Calvin.  She hurriedly stood up and looked at him happily.  But he just looked at her and turned away.  When Symphony saw his reaction, she felt lonely.  She was very puzzled by the way Calvin treat her now.  She kept on asking herself until she went home.  She doesn’t know exactly what to do.  And because of too much sadness, she fell asleep.

The next morning, Symphony got up early.  She decided to have a talk with Calvin to clear things up.  When she comes out of her house, she saw a note attached to the tree near her house.  She picked it up and was surprised to see that it was from Calvin.  She happily opened it and began to read the contents.

Symphony,
I know its not the right time to tell you this but my conscience keeps on urging me.  You know that this already happened to me and now, history repeats itself.  I don’t want to tell you this but I know I have to.  Symphony, I didn’t love you anymore.  I’m sorry.  I’m really very sorry.  I hope you understand me.  I hope we can still be friends after this.  I’m really very sorry.
Calvin

After reading this letter, Symphony’s heart began to break into pieces.  She tore the letter into pieces.  She was really hurt.  She wants to cry but she can’t.  She wants to shout but she can’t.  She wants to get angry with him but she can’t.  Because deep inside her heart, she still loves Calvin.  Because of too much sadness, she stops to sing.  Her sweet serenades and lullabies were not heard anymore.  It was replaced with silence in the whole mountains.  And together with it, the trees withered.  The birds stop singing sweet love songs.  The animals mourned as their guardian mourned for her dying love.  She decided to return to the Enchantia and never showed up again.
